Subject: [PATCH 13/93] Support setting output flow direction
Set env "WESTON_OUTPUT_FLOW" to change output flow direction:
horizontal:
Place outputs horizontal.
vertical:
Place outputs vertical.
same-as:
Place outputs at (0,0).
